Zine-making with Sulis Studio

  • BRUSHWORKS ARTS AND INDUSTRY, Studio 253 221 Pine Street Northampton, MA, 01062 United States (map)

Sulis Studio, Brushworks Arts and Industry Building

Join Decarcerate Western Mass and Sulis Studio for a FREE prison abolition zine-making gathering! RSVP using the form below.

This will be a casual get-together where we will make zines about all things related to prison abolition and transformative justice, including history, news, and highlights of community organizing at the local and national level.

Materials such as paper, pens, and glue will be provided. We will also bring reading materials to pique interest and generate ideas for our zines. If you have books, articles, or art that has anything to do with abolitionism, please bring them so we can share our knowledge with each other!

Please note: Masking is required to participate. 😷🫶

Accessibility: Sulis Studio is located on the second floor of the Arts and Industry Building (Studio 253) and is accessible by elevator. There are also wheelchair accessible bathrooms in the building. If visitors would like to use the elevator, please let the Sulis Studio team know in advance, using the RSVP form below, so that they can assist with operating it.

This event is made possible in part by the generosity of Sulis Studio and the Nathan-Markham Fund for Social Justice.
