We have limited funds and bail people out on a first-come, first-serve basis. We are currently able to pay bails up to $1,500 on a case-by-case basis as funds are available.

We are currently bailing people out from the Franklin County Jail and Hampshire County Jail.

On our application form, please fill out as much information as you can; this will make it much easier for us to move forward with the bail request. Unless otherwise indicated, the questions are about the person who needs to be bailed out.
